Solution:

Massage Mastery was designed following in-depth user research and prototype testing with therapists to validate real-world needs. The app generates personalized treatment plans based on intake forms and SOAP notes, empowering therapists with customized protocols that enhance care quality and reduce preparation time.

Design Approach:

The interface uses a calming palette and minimalist layout inspired by serene clinic environments. Visual design and workflows were iteratively refined through heatmap analysis and user feedback to balance simplicity, usability, and trust-building aesthetics.
